| Yeah, I heard that about Bozzio. Ever seen the Zappa DVD called Baby Snakes? It has a lot of Bozzio parts from when he was like 20 years old - pretty entertaining.
It's funny you mention Brain and Tim Alexander. I used to love Tim Alexander (before I had ever heard of Brain). And then The Brown Album came out and I hated it - well, for the drumming anyways. It was such a departure form the old Primus style. But then I saw Primus's first tour with Brain and he did the Jellikit solo with one hand - I was blown away. Loved Brain ever since. And their best album, in my opinion, Anti Pop. |
