dunno if you want resonant heads(bottom) yet so yea. And do you wanna get a bass batter and resonant head also? Or keep those stock?
When you tune more, it'll take less time. And if you're talking about the drum dial, well it makes it easier I guess/faster but if you get used to using a drum key you should be fine. If you want better accuracy when tuning get the drum dial, if you're fine without perfection I guess you could say, just get a $2 drum key

usually. you press the pedal, they close and make a chik sound, you open slightly they make a crshhhhhh sound and opened they ping and are like a small ride I guess.
