| Exports aren't bad, but remember, unless your buying the new export maple, they will still only sound as good as the forum. My advice on intermediate pearl kits, have a look at the new vision series and the export maple.
I also totally agree about the Gretsch, probably a better intermediate kit than any pearls.
I use evans coated reverse power dot on my snare and I love it. Gonna try out the dry next time though. |
