yeah,thats just the camera mic.I put the blanket over the bass drum to kinda knock down some of the sound.It was very loud in that room.The camera is actually in another room about 12 feet or so away from the kit.I just zoomed it in a bit to appear closer.If I get too close evrything begins to wash out.Try backing up the camera a bit.I know it may sound wierd but the spacing may actually give your recording more seperation when it comes to your kick and the rest of your kit. |
