I can say from experience that the Pearl Eliminator did not work for me,I got those for around 250.I use the IC's but as noted they are in the 300$ range.It is a good suggesion to go and feel out some pedals at the store,everyone has different preferences and all you are getting this way is what each guy is using and what they think about them.You can only decide for yourself from the choices available.I have learned to not buy off the internet without checking something out first.Oh,and eljay makes some good points there!haha.I suffered from Gibralter induced brain afflictions for years until I had enough.You gotta be careful of what you get in the 200$ range
