I remember when i was srtill new to drumming and all i had were the planet Zs that came with my first kit (a ludwig accent which i loved and still do although i have upgraded that as well). I decided i would get some new cymbals so i decided to buy the zildjian ZXTs..........that was a slight mistake. I was not 100% happy witht hem. The crash sounded like a pile of crap. The hi-hats were ok but they were just to heavy and were waaaaay to bright for me. The ride was great in my opinion. I loved that thing. The free china that came with the set wasnt to bad either. I liked that as well. I moved up to a pair of zildjian A customs the next year and love those cymbals to death!
