Hi,this is my first time here and I have to say, I dig the website!
I have never used a rack before, I have always just relied on cymbal stands. I'm getting to the point where I can't add anymore cymbals because the stand clutter is just too much.
I'm looking for a rack that would fit 3 rack toms, and most (if not all) of my cymbals.
Cymbals: 21"ride, 18"crash, 18"china, 16"crash, 12"splash, 10"splash, 10"china splash. 7 total, excluding hi-hats and future additions.

Also, while were talking hardware; what is a good replacement for a hi-hat stand. I can't really position the hi-hat where I want it without having the pedal be in an awkward position. I have seen some drummers having a remote hi-hat. Would the hi-hat be clamped on the rack? How would that work??
Anyways... The main concern I have when looking at rack systems, is that I'm not sure if the clamps will hold both my toms, which need a larger opening, AND my cymbals which are obviously much smaller. Also keep in mind its a double bass kit.
Here are a few I've been looking at: See what you think!
I like this one, but I don't think it will be able to reach far enough towards my floor toms to be able to hold my ride, china, and china splash up on the right side of the kit. Could I add another smaller rack over there to compensate?

I thought there was one other Pearl one I was looking at, but I can't seem to find it.
Anyways! I know this is long, and for those of you who actually made it through this, I thank you!
Any input is greatly appreciated!
