The wood he's talking about is basically Rosewood, and there's no shortage of that. "Aniba Ayahuascus Rosaeodora" doesn't seem to exist, although I'm open to correction.
Ayahuasca is a herbal concoction (and extremely potent hallucinogen) used by various tribes of the world for divine rituals, but is a mixture of ingredients - it doesn't occur naturally by itself. Aniba Rosewood is also a herbal medicinal preparation, it's clear that Danny Carey has a lot of interest in spirituality (huge generalisation, I know - I can't speak for him about his interests), and I think he was just slipping in some references to obscure natural hallucinogens and trying to make a joke, or a topical point at least.
