Re: Ideal learning videos and books for 8 year old
At the suggestion of some people I picked up the Carmine Appice Ultimate Realistic Rock drum book. It's ok, but only comes with 2 CDs. I just found out there's a newer version with 2 DVDs and 2 CDs. I find I learn much more quickly (and can help my son better) by seeing stuff done visually first, then I can understand the written page.
Is the 2 DVD set worth getting? Do they cover most of the exercises in the book like the 2 CDs? |
