The whole book is devoted to Coordinated independence; it doesn't really give things to the reader as left or right really, just as parts. It's quite delicious material! I finished it in early May of last year and I still use it for warm ups and workouts.
Also, I believe you and I have the same shells! Pearl Session Studio? Birch? Fusion?

I love them the sound of birch is very cool.
I still have my Exports which I still use on some gigs
