I'd probably prefer teh way you have it with one mounted on bass and the 13 and 16 on the floor.Nother way is mounting the 12 off of one of your cymbal stands left of the bass, mount the 13 on the left of the bass, have the ride on the right side/over teh bass and the 16 on floor. Or like you said, mount the 12 and 13 on the bass and 16 on the floor with ride over it, or over the 13. There's no wrong way to set it up, just whatever "feels" right to you.
