Seriously, blast beats really workout your forearms if done correctly (with your fingers and wrists) and double bass really works your shin muscles, ankles, and your calves... If your technical on cymbals it works your shoulders, back muscles, and arms too... And if you sit up straight that works out your lower back, and if you play double bass fast, you lift your legs up more and that works your thighs....
