How many calories does drumming burn?
I was going for an hour drumming away and by the end I was pretty damned tired! Does anyone know how many calories a hardcore drumming session might burn? The exact number would obviously be hard to tell.. but I think it could be compared to a 30 minute run. Im tired! |
