Moon gel works too. I have a piece on everything but my bass drum. 8", 10", 12" 16" toms and 14X5.5 snare. Tap the head with your stick and lightly follow around the lug nuts about an inch in from the edge. When you find the spot, drop a piece of moon gel there. Works for me and tuning is an art that drives even seasoned pros to the local loony bin........Good luck!
