Umm...well you'll want double bass obviously from the start. If you only have 6-700 for everything...a pulse pro I think they are for $500 about...pdp's or gibraltars double pedal and planet z's or meinl hcs for cymbals I guess. That'd be $700+ I think right there. If you're just looking to put 6-700 into the shells pdp x7 no doubt and a double pedal. Lotta toms to play/start with and'll give you room for cannibals fills.
