I wouldn't buy a piccolo, way too tinny sounding. I want a deep puch that depth gives you, but the nice bright tone of a smaller diameter. Money is an object, hence my looking for advice from all of you guys. My last nice snare was a recording custom 14X8 Birch. Sensative as a little girl (don't kill me for that one)! But you felt it in your gut too. |
