I use washing up liquid and run a bath!! Make the bath deep enough to cover the cymbals, and leave them in there for 20 mins or so. When the time is up, take a soft towel and wipe the cymbal going gently around like you're following the grooves. This has worked for me for years without resorting to buying expensive cleaners.
