Re: In the market for good, basic bass pedal I ended up just going with a pearl P-120. It was $50 at musicians friend, and wow, I think the thing is amazing. I can't even imagine a higher end pedal. It just goes to show how much junk the pedal that came with my set was. I can't believe how easy it is to make adjustments on it. Changing the beater angle takes seconds on this. It took 5 - 10 minutes on my old pedal! I haven't spent a whole lot of time setting t up, but I feel that if I spend the time with it, I can get it perfect for how I play.
I would recommend it for anyone who but a cheap beginners set and looking for first purchased pedal. |
