I work with kids(guess i am 1 myself) and I don't tell them they are doing bad, I connect with them and say keep up the good work if they are slacking(they tend to get the sarcasm), better to be a role model then to have someone quit a type of meditation!

I couldn't think of any person named joy who criticizes people!
