Fastfoot, do you mean practising RRLL repeat, RRRLLL repeat, RRRRLLLL repeat etc. up to groupings of 6?
My suggestion, kickass, is to play any snare exercises from a book with your feet and add a simple rock beat with the hands to keep time. Very effective exercises to build up speed are accented 16 note studies played with alternating foot strokes. And for variation you can play double strokes wherever the accent falls (ie. they'd be 32nd notes if you're playing accented 16 notes).
