| Of the big 3 I guess I'd have to say Zildjian. The Ks and K Customs are beautiful cymbals. Saying that, Sabian HH are also great, and I can't wait to get myself some nice dark Paistes.
Anyway, I'm going nuts over Istanbul and Bosphorus right now, got myself an 18" Istanbul Agop Trad Dark crash - never heard anything like it! It's very dark sounding (as you'd hope from a dark crash) and the decay is almost disturbingly good, such a great sounding wash. Get involved. |
