well i think when playing first gig ALWAYS have a small table behind u with plenty of water and drumsticks seriously!...my first gig went bad when i broke a drumstick in half and couldnt find a replacement so i played the whole gig one-handed and lowered the lights so no one saw it was horrible.to keep calm just count or do it in your head if not you either usually skip a note or jump to another section of the song and just dont look at the crowd just at the drums and focus!
