i'm in the same boat as you, i have just started playing the drums and am hoping to learn mostly metal music, but i live in the UK so if anyone could help me out too, i was thinking of getting quite a decent kit so i don't grow-out of it quickly as i get better. i have about £800 to spend on it.
i would be happy just to know which brands are the best and then go off and find more about the one i want myself, but as much help as possible would be appriciated
