Tainojim, that would be the opposite. When you sit with your legs angled further up, it is physically harder to lift your leg and foot. I want you to try sitting high, and play, then sit really low and play. I'm sure you'll feel the difference. Also changing the angle of your legs does not put more or less pressure on the back of your leg. You shouldn't be sitting on the back of your leg in the first place. I believe most people choose to sit on their 'buttock region'.
