According to your likes, check out EBay or Craigslist unless your looking for a new kit. For the budget today you have to do lots of searching to make sure you get your moneys worth.
So get started with looking at some catalogs to get some specifications for your needs and do your homework. We can only recommend some brands and the rest is up to you.
Remember that buying a drum kit is an investment that you'll have for a long time. You should go to some drum shops and try out some kits, and don't be bashful about it. These shops do need your money and you get what you want when your ears do the judging, you'll know then exactly what you want. Then go online to match the prices with your budget. Don't just settle.
