I suggest finding your sort of stance. For example heel down or heel up. Or using the ball of your foot to using the whole foot. Alot of factors go into it. Alot of people double bass different ways. Just like people drum different ways. Its all about what feels natural to you. Hope I helped man tkae it easy. |
