Let's see. We're talking about hitting the snare and three toms in the space of one beat in 4/4 time? It depends on the tempo, of course.
I think you could hit the snare with the right, the first tom with the left, and the second tom with the left, and the floor tom with the right. That's not really cross sticking.
And however you do it, it will probably feel awkward at first. So start really slow and gradually build up speed.
