They're real basic, and (if they're the ones I'm thinking of) pretty unresponsive. Paiste 101's are acceptable and pretty hard wearing for the price, but I'd almost always recommend Meinl over Paiste.
With Wuhans, I think they're hand-made (or at least a majority of their ranges are at any rate) so no two are quite the same. I was lucky enough a while ago to get my hands on a 16" S series thin crash fairly cheap, and it sounds great and has lasted 2 years of thrash/prog/death metal drumming so far, admittedly under light to moderate use conpared to my 18" Meinl heavy crash/
