You know, some drummers are moving to only 4 drums because they really want to focus on their drumming skills and not worry about show. Others are going to 7 or even more drums because that's the kind of kit they want to play. In my opinion, it's a matter of personal preference. Others may disagree.
If you've got rhythm in you, you're just naturally going to gravitate back toward drums. Nothin' like 'em. |
