Hey I want some snare help. If I were to get a 20 or 30 snare strand, would the sound be phatter than if I were to get a 10 snare strand? I don't really want a high sound, more of a low, subtle sound. What I mean through the ambiguity is: a sound that is sort of like when you turn the snares off and hit the drum, but with a little but of snare sound mixed in. If ANYONE actually understands what I just said, could you please halp?
