If you have clear heads on either your snare or your toms, look inside of the drum. On the inside, you should see screws periodically where the lugs are(on the outside). Remember to first unscrew the bolts off the drum heads!! When you have done that, unscrew whatever lug you want to take off, then screw in the new lug.
