Although I couldn't give you the name of the drummer, I think the drummer from a local Sydney band, Thy Art Is Murder, is incredible.

You'll see what I mean.
I also think Ben Gordon from Parkway Drive is constantly over looked, he has such strong groove and feel, even while he's hammering away a general thrashy beat.
