It has always done this. I can tell you the sensetivity on the td-3 and the dm5

DM5:

I stops sensing the snare when the settings are

Velocity: 7
Gain: 50 or less
Noise: 99

TD-3

I stops sensing the snare when the settings are

Pad sense: 16
Threshhold: 13 or more

I CANT play fast double bass with such low sensitivity


I have tried to move the trigger around the bassdrum.
