| Since I joined a pipe band as a pipe snare, I've had to learn to read snare music. The more I practice, the better I get at it, but it does take practice. Set music is easier for me to read. Each instrument gets its own line and marking, and it's easier to follow. Snare music gets rather tight and complicated, but it's fun once you get the hang onf it. |
