They can also tell you where the local shops may have in stock. And while you're at it, please ask them if the "Weather Kings or Masters" are still available. I am a Gretsch and Ludwig type of guy. If their not, Let them tell what heads are compatible to the originals.
I have a set of Grecth now, and I use the Pinstripes. My old kit that was in really bad shape a few decade ago. They were Birch wood.
