Gretsch? Did some say Gretsch. EC2's work great on most 45 degree bearing edges.

They don't do well with the 30 degree. That's a different animal altogether.

The tuning is much more sensitive. Like the intro to "Get A Grip", you hear a rumbling bass intro.

That's the problem with all these drum shops, they don't have a cross reference chart to recommend what heads go with what. They just want to get rid of their overstocks.
