For one of my gigs I do at school, the organization that I play for has some drums but no throne. So I basically play with a fold-up chair behind the kit. How ghetto is that?

Anyway, I've never sat on anything more than your basic drum throne - circular black cushion thing under double braced legs. Do any of you guys have those fancy Pork Pie or Roc-N-Soc thrones with plush cushions and back supports? They almost look TOO comfortable. You might just fall asleep while playing a beat.
