Well, if weight is the key, why not add lead? Are these age old cymbals thicker perhaps?
If cymbal makers actually started using gold in their formulas, especially in these economic times, no one except lottery jackpot winners would be able to afford them. We have criminals that are stripping new and abandoned houses for the copper pipes in the plumbing systems.......let them know that cymbals contain gold and you will need an armored truck to transport them to and from whatever vault you will need to keep them in. |
