Stock drum heads aren't so bad after all

Normally stock drum heads are just known to suck and everyone suggests that you replace the heads that came with your drum set as soon as possible.

However, I just found out that Neil Peart uses DW stock heads and interested in why he would do so if everyone says that this is such a bad thing. Well, the thing is that for the higher end professional kits, the stock heads aren't as bad. The DW heads are actually made by Remo and are actually pretty good. Remo also makes heads for Pearl and Evans makes heads for Ludwig, Gretsch, and Tama. This is only for the professional higher end kits. Just thought I'd share that information.
