Someone said recently, that Pearl Drums are fading out and never was good.
I said that Pearl Drums are still alive and kicking. The export series back in the day is still alive and kicking in the studio as well live gigs. My son has the EXR export 7-piece set amber mist. He plays on Evan EC2 clear ring heads and He plays on Evans Onyx heads. I know that there are great drum sets out there such as DW, Gretsch, Ludwig, and Mapex Drums has moved up in the world. Mapex drum (Orion series/Saturn series) has a combination of Maple and walnut throughout each drumset. Holla Back Drummers |
