Cymbal brand/models: primarily Paiste; most common setup is 13" Dark Crisp hats, 17" Dark Energy Mark I ride, 8" K Zildjian splash, 16" Paiste Traditional thin crash, 20" Paiste "Prototype" ride (and there's an 18" Paiste Dimensions thin china that sees its way onto my kit from time to time.)

Fav cymbal cleaner: Paiste

Drum brand/model: Set: Ludwig (1970s six-ply maple/poplar); snare drums, all over the map - most commonly used ones are Tempus fibreglass, Yamaha copper or brass, and a variety of (wooden) stave and segment shell drums (favorites - purpleheart, walnut, cherry, bubinga, monkeypod).

Single or Double bass: Single, altho I'm working on double bass so I can keep up with my students.

Drum Head Brand/Type: bass drum: Aquarian SKI/Regulator combo; toms: Attack single-ply clear (top and bottom); snares: usually, single-ply coated batter, medium-weight snare side.
