I notice everyone on here is saying Trick (bigfoots or pro-v i assume). They feel very good and are probably the best for all around use. They do not however have the same speed as the axis. You really need to try them both. I did and I prefer the axis (a series because i need lots of easily obtained speed. As far as heads, Evans GMAD are very thick single ply heads and are the darkest, lowest ones I've ever heard.
