| I've played a kit with Paiste before, although I didn't get to find out what line. They sounded great. The 14" crash had a higher-pitched bash sound, that lasted for a while, followed by darker overtones. the 12" was bright, quick and to the point, it cut more than crash. The ride sounded great, and was a lot cleaner than the hi-hat, which was mediocre in sound, but it had a great chick when clamped.
