| I put a pillow in my bass drum to get a dead sound. This is only because currently my drums are in the basement and are very echoey when unmuffled. It's only me listening so I'd rather hear a more articulate bass. When playing for a gig though, I'd remove the pillow and get a boomier bass head like the Powerstroke. |
