| Have you checked out HB Drums ? I bought a set last year for practice at home. All birch shells. Standard cheap mounting hardware and stands (found on practically ALL lower priced sets). Evans heads, and some spare cymbals, and they sound pretty damn good. The set was $300, with throne, cheap cymbals, and free shipping.
