I helped speed up recovery by wearing a support for a few days, that really helped. I had a gig last night and warmed up for about 40mins by tapping on my legs then on a pad with my sticks, my wrist was fine
maybe i'm also underestimating the importance of warming up... how long do you warm up and how long for??
