| It doesn't sound like this is a decent quality brand. I can't seem to find any info on the net and i've personally never heard of them.
If you're just starting out, don't sweat the quality of your kit too much anyway.
Get behind the thing, give it a hit, see if you like the way it sounds. Check the shells and as long as there's nothing falling off and they're not warped, the kit should work for you as a begginer.
Do some research! check his price against some of the more reputable begginer kits (pearl forum, ludwig accent, tama swingstar) and check to see if that hardware is as expensive as he says.
