Trying to decide on a new snare head
The time has come for new snare head(s). I was thinking Evans ST dry and Evans Glass500 on the snare side. I am trying to achieve a really dry, sharp CRACK! with minimal overtones. The snare I have is the Joey Jordison signature. I understand that a metal snare will always "ring" a little, I'm just trying to keep it to a minimum. |
