what my question is, is how do you play heel-toe fluently? when i try the heel toe technique it sounds really choppy. like RRLL. RRLL. does anyone have any tips on how to make them more fluent and like a steady beat?
I think you've got to get one foot going steady first. There will only be a small margin for a correct speed at first, but once you've got it you can learn to change it.

As for you Pyro, I've been checking out some vids on you tube regarding heal-toe lately. There are some that show you how to do it with big feet and I found one that shows you how to customise your pedal to make it a longboard.

Good luck.
