Let me get this straight. You've found a yamaha kit you like the look of. The guys in the store will give you a good deal on it. You're not too keen on the hardware (little rusty gotta elevate the ride).
If you've played the kit and you like it, good price, can;t find anything better, then go for it. Yamaha is a great brand and you should be very happy with it.
Don't stress too much about hardware. You can always upgrade later and I've no doubt you'll find a comfortable place to put that ride.
